The Yabao Galaxy Twin Towers are located in the core area of Longgang District, Shenzhen, and are a highly representative landmark complex in the region. The project envisions "Future Urban Living Room" in its design, with a grand lobby space, flowing and elegant facade lines, and high demands on material performance, decorative precision, and construction technology.
Since 2023, the Aluminum Hero team has been deeply involved in the construction of this project, utilizing systematic metal curtain wall deepening capabilities and customized material development to create a truly high-quality city landmark for Longgang.
Core Highlights and Technological Breakthroughs
01. Giant Metal Cylinders in the Lobby — Ultra-High Flatness Curved Surface Treatment
Entering the lobby, the continuously arranged giant metal cylinders become the visual core of the space facade.
Facing challenges such as large height, wide arc spans, and complex on-site tolerances, the Aluminum Hero team adopted:
- Customized curved aluminum panel system
- High-precision keel positioning and joint control
- Large panel ripple-free pressing process
Ultimately achieving a uniform light perception, smooth facade, and seamless appearance without joint shadows, giving the lobby a futuristic technological visual tension.
02. Shaped Wavy Wall — Self-Developed Curved Honeycomb Aluminum Panel System
The wavy wall in the lobby is one of the design highlights of the entire project, with flowing curves and complex shapes, requiring extremely high flatness of the panels.
To avoid issues such as wrinkling, deformation, and uneven undulations common in traditional curved aluminum panels on large surfaces, Aluminum Hero developed:
- Curved honeycomb aluminum panel structure (high strength, deformation resistant)
- Full-process CNC curved surface shaping technology
- Millimeter-level precise segmentation control system
The result is a complete, smooth, and sculptural wave facade that perfectly matches the architect's original rendering.
03. Corridor Ceiling Integrated System — Structural Integration + Hidden Equipment
The corridor ceilings in the project use Aluminum Hero's integrated design, including:
- Hidden fire sprinklers
- Integrated lighting system
- Unified maintenance structure
- Sound absorption and air conditioning vent coordination design
Through modular ceiling solutions, the top space remains clean and continuous, visually light, truly embodying "what you see is design, what you don't see is the system."

As the core supplier of metal decoration systems, Aluminum Hero was responsible for:
- Deepening of aluminum panels and optimization of curtain wall nodes
- Research and development of shaped panels and structural testing
